We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7.4 When a Paid Plan Ends
If your paid plan ends (for example, you cancel it or it isn't renewed), or you move to a plan with less storage, your account keeps all of its projects, tasks and sessions. If your photos and videos in the cloud are more than your new plan's storage allowance:
- We'll email you, and your cloud media stays available to view and download for 60 days
- We'll remind you 30 days and 7 days before that period ends
- After 60 days, we remove the cloud copies over your allowance, starting with time-lapse videos and then your oldest photos
- Copies stored on your device are not affected
You can avoid this at any time by choosing a plan with enough storage, or by downloading or deleting media until you're within your allowance. This applies to plans that end on or after December 1, 2026. We may keep media longer where the law requires it.
